Mussbefit New You Programme 30-Day Scholarship Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions, along with the Health Form completed upon enrolment in the MussBeFit 30-Day Scholarship ("Agreement"), constitute the entire agreement between you ("Client") and MussBeFit ("Company") regarding the 30-Day Scholarship Programme. Each Party is referred to as "Client" or "Company," collectively known as the "Parties."

Services

As a 30-Day Scholarship Client, you will receive the following services:

Onboarding Call: Conducted with the MussBeFit Coaching Team to assess your goals and design your personalised 30-day programme. Nutrition and Meal Plan: Customised by the MussBeFit Coaching Team and assigned via the MussBeFit fitness app following your onboarding call. Exercise Programming: Tailored workout plans designed by the MussBeFit Coaching Team and assigned via the MussBeFit fitness app. Form Review: Weekly form reviews during the scholarship period. Group Calls: Weekly group call sessions hosted by the MussBeFit Coaching Team, covering specific topics followed by Q&A.Messenger Access: Personalised 1:1 WhatsApp support group with the MussBeFit Coaching Team, as well as access to the MussBeFit VIP Whatsapp group chat and a support chat inside the MussBeFit fitness app.

Payments

This 30-day scholarship is offered completely free of charge, with no obligation for the Client to pay for services during or after the scholarship period. The Client will not be required to provide any payment details for participation in the scholarship.

Refund Policy & Cancellation

a. No Refund Eligibility: Since the programme is offered free of charge, there are no refunds applicable.

b. Programme Cancellation: The Company reserves the right to terminate the scholarship if the Client fails to adhere to the Company’s policies and expectations.

Intellectual Property

All programme materials are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. They are licensed for individual use only and cannot be distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Privacy Policy

Your participation in the Programme is subject to a conditional agreement between you and the Company. The use of images and testimonials requires your consent.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to adhere to all Company policies and expectations during the 30-day programme.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the Programme. The Company's liability is limited to the services provided during the 30-day period.

Warranties Disclaimer

The Programme and its materials are provided "as is," without warranties. The Company does not guarantee specific results or error-free usage during the scholarship period.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Company against any loss or expense arising from a breach of this Agreement.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. The Company's failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Company's Authority

The Company reserves the right to change Programme content, duration, or policies at any time. The Company may also cancel the Programme at its discretion.

Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement is governed by UK law, and any disputes will be subject to UK jurisdiction.
